Evan was raised in Brandon, Mississippi and has worked hard since a young age. In his adult life, Evan has managed election and re-election campaigns, worked in the Hinds County District Attorney's office as a law student, worked in the Mississippi House of Representatives and started a synthetic turf installation company, to name a few. Evan started his law career at Porter & Malouf, PA in Jackson Mississippi and worked there before co-founding LANGSTON & WEEMS PLLC. During the litigation following the Deepwater Horizon (BP) Oil Spill, Evan helped represent thousands of businesses and individuals who were harmed. These efforts resulted in well over One Hundred Million Dollars in recovery. Evan has also been named as an expert witness in various Federal Courts throughout the Southeast on the subject of BP claims procedure and quantum.
Today, Evan represents people who get severely injured through no fault of their own. He also represents plaintiff businesses in suits against other businesses. Evan is married to the beautiful Dr. Rikki Weems - they have two toddlers, Charles and Eloise and a rescue dog named Ryder. When he is not working, Evan is an avid golfer, foodie and lover of all things New Orleans. He resides with his family in historic downtown Covington, LA.
